I meant to get this online a couple of weeks ago, but life got busy. This is the WLN Marching Band’s 2011 pre-show and show. The video was taken October 6th during the visit by Clifford Smart, Sarah Banks and James Geisler Middle School Bands. The football game was against Lakeland High School.
The pre-game music includes the Northern FanFare, the Northern Fight Song, the Cupid Shuffle, the Northern Alma Mater and the National Anthem.
The show theme this year was music from your favorite movies and included the Star Wars Theme, Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Spiderman.
This was a special game because the football players were dressed in pink jerseys, cheerleaders, the poms, the band, and the spectators had pink accessories on as well to show support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Note to self – don’t sit in front of the stairs when filming again.
