Today I am thankful for my children.
They’re in their teen years. The years where they’re supposed to be next to impossible to deal with. They’re not. They’re a pleasure to have in the house, they’re funny, they’re intelligent, they’re kind.
I went for a walk with my youngest yesterday, while discussing the politics of the high school social scene, I was floored by his insight into human behavior. Insight that many adults never acquire their entire life.
I love WHO my children have become. I’m beyond proud of them and thankful they bless my life.
